Chargers Grab 2nd Straight Win With Sweep at South Suburban

The Carl Sandburg College volleyball team grabbed its second straight with a 25-23, 25-20, 26-24 sweep at South Suburban on Sunday evening.
The Chargers (7-6) were led by 13 kills and three aces by freshman outside hitter Carley Reeves-Eakins (Branson, Mo./Reeds Spring) and 12 kills from sophomore Annie McKim (Yates City, Ill./homeschooled).
Carmyn Baldwin (Lewistown, Ill./Lewistown) had 31 assists in her second consecutive start at setter. Libero Kelsey Hobson (Bartonville, Ill./Limestone) had 20 digs for Sandburg, and Gracie Rademaker (Green Valley, Ill./Midwest Central) posted two blocks.
